Our holiday home is let in full — you have the entire house with around 250 m², garden, lakeside terrace and bathing jetty all to yourselves. Here you can see transparently which services are included and how our seasons are structured. Your binding, up-to-date prices and availability are shown directly in the booking calendar.
Three Seasons
So that there is always the right offer for every occasion, we distinguish three seasons. Each has its own character — from lively summer days by the bathing lake to a quiet retreat by the water in winter.
Summer holidays, Easter (Holy Week to Easter Monday), the Whitsun and Ascension weekends as well as Christmas and New Year (20 December – 6 January). Peak times when the bathing lake and lakeside terrace unfold their full splendour — ideal for families and large groups.
The loveliest time for an active holiday: bike tours through the Münsterland, long walks along the shore and relaxed evenings out on the terrace. Soft light, pleasant temperatures and a little more peace and quiet around the lake.
Peace by the lake and especially attractive rates. Ideal for an unhurried weekend, cosy evenings indoors and little breaks for two or among friends — far away from everyday life.

Your current prices, including final cleaning and minimum stay, are shown live in our booking calendar, where you can also book directly and without portal fees.

So that you feel at home from the very first moment, these services are naturally included — with no hidden extra costs.

Transparent & fair
Mandatory, once per stay. This way we always hand the house over to you freshly cleaned — and you can depart at your leisure. The amount is shown in the booking calendar.
Available from autumn 2026: charge your electric vehicle at our three parking spaces. Billing is based on consumption or a flat rate — details on request.
Minimum stay & weekly discounts depend on the season and travel period. You can see the conditions that apply directly in the booking calendar, or we are happy to tell you on request.
